The first day at the 2012 regionals was spectacular.  But the best moment of volunteering at the CrossFit SouthEast Regionals 4-27-2012 was meeting and talking to Dave Castro briefly about our box.  Working with this new instrgram app. I guess it makes pictures look old school.
