Jonathan Williams, a former Collegiate Head Strength & Conditioning Coach, NFL Undrafted Rookie Free Agent, I-AA Football All American and All-State high school football player , believes in the CrossFit methodology, aims, prescription and community. Helping CrossFit DPC members reach their health, wellness, and fitness goals is a passion of his. As a coach at heart Coach Williams has also coached collegiate football and men’s and women’s basketball, high school football and men’s and women’s track & field.

Kari Williams, a former NCAA Division 1 Track and Field athlete, is the co-owner and a coach at CrossFit DPC. Kari found CrossFit a few years after graduating from college and fell in love with the concepts, methodology, and competition aspects of the sport. Not only was it a great way to stay in shape, but it was a way to continue training and competing after college. Kari has been coaching CrossFit for 2 years and loves working with and helping people of all ages and fitness levels continue to accomplish goals they never thought were possible. Kari placed 23rd at the 2011 Reebok CrossFit Games Northeast Regionals and is currently training for the 2013 Southeast competition season.
