  • Coach Williams training is one of a kind. He pushes you to another stage mentally, just like your performing in a game. Every drill we do is at 200% hard all the time. He watches your mistakes and helps correct them with you in an orderly fashion. We have done cone drills, hurdle drills, 300 yard shuttle runs, and many more. This training has improved my footwork, agility, and quickness. This is my last football season in high school and I am prepared more then ever to perform to my optimum and have a break out year while using Coach Wlliams training and techniques on the field . Every time I train with Coach Williams I am thankful to work with someone with such dedication and determination working to help change your game.   • Coach Williams’ workouts were the reason we were the last team standing this year. We felt the work we put in with coach gave us an advantage mentally and physcially. We had the mental edge on every team because we worked harder and we felt we were stronger and faster. We had the physical edge throught the season due to  the intense excercises we put our body’s through. In addition to these benefits, I believe his workouts have become a huge part of the basketball program, something the players and the program take a lot of pride in. Individually, Coach Williams’ workouts elevated me from an All-conference player to an All-American. His basketball related strength and conditioning workouts made me  more confident in my body’s ability to handle the physical demands involved in playing 85 minutes on back-to-back days to win a conference championship. I owe it all to Coach Williams, I was able to play to the best of my ability because my body was conditioned and trained to handle demanding situations and perform at a high level every minute of the game and every game of the season. Coach Williams demanded intensity, effeciency, and effort from us at such a high level that games felt as if they were vacations. We trust coach , we  committed to coach, and we care about coach because of his knowledge and his leadership along with being a first class individual. My goal was to be able to look Coach William’s in the eyes and tell him I did my best, I achieved my goal. He has motivated me to be a man of high character so one day an individual wants to look me in the eyes and say  I did my best coach.

  • I wanted to say thank you for helping me achieve my goal of competing in the Lilac 5K run. When I began training with you, I had a goal of attempting to run in my first 5K race. Your training regiment with me helped me achieve my goal. The training sessions were not easy and often pushed me farther than I thought I could go.   • I started training with Jonathan and DPC before they were even officially “CrossFit DPC” and it is one of the best decisions I ever made. I truly believe that the programming at CrossFit DPC is as good as you will find anywhere. It contains a unique blend of technique and intensity and the results speak for themselves: in less than 8 months of training with Jonathan I added 100 pounds to my deadlift, more than 60 pounds to my back squat, became much more proficient with my olympic lifts (with almost zero experience to start with) and took almost 4 minutes off of my “Grace” time. But beyond the actual numbers, what is most important is that I improved in areas where I needed to improve the most. It is easy to help people get better at what they are already good at, but leading someone to improve in areas that are true shortcomings takes a dedication to both client and program that is not necessarily common. When you join CrossFit DPC, three things will happen: you will identify your weaknesses, you will attack your weaknesses, and you will improve (demonstrably). It is that simple and you owe it to yourself to give it a try.
